the designer for this pavilion was Ashworth, Robbie, Vaughan and Williams Architects and Planners from Toronto

I remember trying to look completely over the side of the top walkway of the Canadian pavilion, but the plexiglass did not permit that. Always wondered wht kept it up and not tip over. At 10 years old it was an awesome sight to see and gaze over the people below.
