![sask gov logo.jpg](http://canadiandesignresource.ca/wp-content/uploads/2006/10/sask gov logo.jpg) There seems to be two styles in most of the design out of Saskatchewan, either a hybrid colonial/frontier style or the dominate International style of the 60’s and 70’s. Most of the major commissions followed the boom age on the prairies at this time, which left a strong presence of architecture and identity systems (signage, logos and publications) that have adopted the tight and confidant style of the modernism. The provincial logo represents a bundle of wheat, which reflects the main industry and the farming lifestyle.
