A 20 story office tower uses energy-efficient (and gorgeous) reflective windows containing gold dust, that gives the building its distinctive colour. The building houses the corporate offices of Saskatchewan Government Insurance but is Tnamed after Clarence Melvin Fines who was a Provincial Finance Minister in the 1940s/50s and played a major role in establishing SGI. From 1979 until 1988 it was the tallest building in Regina.
