This woven fabric installation lent some additional spectacle to the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Oval. The two installations are what the artist calls “Sky Lanterns” and were inspired by the city’s diverse population and was designed to incorporate what she refers to as “wind choreography” by utilising the material’s interaction with the elements.
