Lisa Steele WATERTABLE is Toronto’s first permanent multimedia art commission, a recreation of waves and water, and located where the shores of Lake Ontario once reached. Before the land was stretched into the lake with the building of the Gardiner Expressway. The piece uses sounds of the lapping lake onto show to set the mood for the wavelike and simmering LED lights.
